Nature-Connected, Global Modern Interiors for Palm Coast Living

Maybe it is a condo above the Intracoastal, a home along the fairway, or a house where you can hear the ocean from the porch. Palm Coast, the Hammock and Flagler Beach offer a slower, greener kind of coastal life, and your home should feel part of it.

We create turnkey interiors for people making that move: retirees relocating from the Northeast, couples buying a second home, and owners ready to renovate a house that does not yet feel like theirs. We plan the renovation, choose every finish, furnish every room and style the last detail.

Palm Coast clients are served from our St. Augustine office nearby, so site visits, trades and deliveries are handled locally.

We design homes throughout Grand Haven, Hammock Dunes, Palm Harbor, Plantation Bay, Ocean Hammock and the Hammock, and nearby Flagler Beach.

OUR APPROACH

Modern, with a global soul. Clean architecture and quiet color, warmed by handcrafted pieces and art gathered from many cultures. The look is personal and lived-in, never a showroom.

Nature, brought indoors. We plan around daylight, breezes and views of the water or the greens, then layer in natural stone, warm woods, woven textures and greenery. Rooms feel serene, airy and tied to the landscape outside.

Designed around your days. Holistic design starts with how you actually live: morning coffee, hosting family, a quiet corner to read, a home that stays easy to live in for years. Layout, lighting and materials follow from there.

Sourcing beyond the stores. Our trade accounts open the door to furniture, lighting and finishes you will not find at retail, alongside one-of-a-kind artisan pieces. One team orders, tracks, receives and installs it all.

FEATURED PALM COAST PROJECT

Palm Coast: a turnkey renovation

This Palm Coast home already had beautiful natural light, high ceilings and a great layout. We kept its character and gave it a fresh, timeless feel: painted kitchen cabinets, new countertops and backsplash, new flooring throughout, and dated architectural details removed. A complete lighting plan carries the glow into the evening and ties the living areas together as one great room. Like many clients relocating from larger homes, the owners brought traditional and antique pieces they love, and we blended them with modern furniture for a relaxed coastal modern feel.
