Each 24 oz bag of sugar, contains certified organic sugar with low humidity content and a light golden color, with an ICUMSA rating between 300-500. Providencia was the first sugar mill in Colombia to produce organic sugar 23 years ago. Since then, we have been producing and exporting certified organic sugar to Europe, the USA, Canada, Asia, and others, with an annual production of 35,000 tons of organic sugar out of the total 350,000 tons we produce. We believe in evolving with consciousness to return to nature everything it gives us daily. This vision allows us to guarantee sustainable development without compromising natural resources while delivering high-quality products such as organic sugar, alcohol, and energy.
