Every project is high-end, full-service turnkey design, from the first floor plan review to the final styled shelf, managed day to day by our St. Augustine studio.

Two homes, one shoreline
I · New construction
Salt Run: designed from the blueprints up
The brief joined two moods: the natural, historic character of St. Augustine and the confident energy of a modern beach house. We started at the plan stage, adjusting openings to pull in more daylight and shaping the transitions between floors.
Rich texture and high contrast keep the home calm and connected to nature, with bold modern moments.
II · Whole-home renovation
Pelican Reef: new character for a sunset view
The location and the sunsets were already perfect. The house itself lacked warmth, and the primary suite had a cramped, dated bath and a very small closet. Over several months we reconfigured structural walls in the primary bedroom and study and renovated every bathroom.
Behind the finishes, the home was made stronger: hurricane-impact windows and doors throughout and a new solar roof that made the house energy independent. Inside, it now reads modern, warm and at ease with its surroundings.

Do you work on homes in the historic district?
Yes. In downtown St. Augustine's historic district we design interiors that respect original architecture, and we coordinate with your contractor and architect on any changes that need city historic review.
Can you finish a second home while we are away?
That is what turnkey design is for. We meet by Zoom, share progress throughout, and handle deliveries, installation and styling so the house is ready when you arrive.
Will you work with our builder?
Gladly. We prefer to join at the plan stage, as we did at Salt Run, and work alongside your builder through construction and selections.
