The Story...

Renovations are such exciting projects for me; they offer the chance to bring new life and meaning to a space. This home was already beautiful, but it lacked charm, and over time, the spaces had lost their true potential.

During our discovery call, my clients expressed their deep love for the property's location and its stunning sunsets. However, they were unsure how to make the existing layout work for their needs, particularly in the master suite, which featured a small and outdated bathroom and very small walk in closet. After reviewing the plans, I scheduled a site visit and as soon as I walked in, I knew that their vision was achievable.

The complete renovation took several months and included not just an interior redesign, but also structural changes. We had to reconfigure structural walls in the master bedroom and the study, installed a new Tesla roof, making the house energy independent. All windows and doors were upgraded to hurricane-impact standards. The exterior received a fresh coat of paint, custom carpentry on all porches, and limestone flooring, setting the tone for what to expect inside.

For the interior renovation, we redesigned the fireplace, created custom units in the study, reworked the entire lighting layout, and renovated all the bathrooms. We also redesigned the custom closets and opened up the staircase to improve the flow in the second-floor hallway. The new paint palette, new carpets, and kitchen upgrades—including new countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry trims—bring  everything together perfectly.

In the end, we were amazed at how well all the elements combined. The space now feels modern, cozy, and welcoming. The selection of materials and finishes harmonizes beautifully with the surroundings, and the overall flow of the home exudes a sense of peace and dedication.
